Successful Calls Cost Analysis

At a glance

The community member who posted the original post would like to see only the successful calls in a table, so they can accurately judge the cost of each successful call, without the failed calls skewing the data. Other community members clarify that the average costs should not include failed calls, as those calls do not have associated costs. One community member states they have created a ticket to investigate and address this issue, and another community member requests to be added to the organization to investigate further.

I think in this case I would like to see only the calls that have succeeded so that I can judge correctly how much each successful call would cost - so simply filtering out the errors from the table

I believe @Stefffan means that the average costs should not include calls that failed as those calls do not have costs.

We may be counting the prompt tokens for failed calls and not excluding them in the cost calculations.
I cut a ticket to investigate and address this. Thanks for reporting it!
Exactly, sorry for not being clear enough!
Hi @Stefffan I am looking into this now. Could you add me to your organization so I can investigate further into this? My email is [email protected]
