We have been using Helicone for over a year now, and we are encountering the issue where some data seems incorrect because the first / last active do not present the year (e.g. in the picture)

As for the title, I have been trying to use the filter multiple times over the last months but it doesn't seem to be working correctly
Hey! Curious if anyone else has also received this email and how accurete the dashboard info for "Top Countries" is.

I see that in the last 1 month all of the countries from which the request comes from are not in the list, but in the 1mo - 3mo range there are a few from China. Curious if it's something that they just started sending or the dashboard might not accurately represent the "country of origin" that OpenAI might use

Not sure if it has been flagged, but having issues with the "Today" filter in the properties. It's at 0 even tho we definitely have requests, will the other tabs work fine

Ah thanks! I think I missed it because of the amount of options (which is great! Just hard to wrap my head around at the beginning)

I think in this case I would like to see only the calls that have succeeded so that I can judge correctly how much each successful call would cost - so simply filtering out the errors from the table
