The community member who posted the original question is concerned about data privacy and how the company handles user data that flows through their API. The comments indicate that the company does not use customer data to train or look at without user permission, but there are questions about what happens to the data stored in their Postgres database. One community member notes that the data "just lurks there", while another suggests that users can omit logging prompts if they want to just track costs. A link to the company's documentation on omitting logs is provided.

how do guarantee to your users data privacy? your privacy policy was only for personal signup data, but what about actual data that flows on the api

Hi Afonso! Oh we do not use any customer data to train or look at unless we have user permission
well you do store stuff on your postgres right? what happens to that? just lurking around in your db? do you clean it? talking about the prompts
It just lurks there
As for prompts, if you want to omit them and just keep track of costs that is posisble too
