No requests getting logged in Helicone over the last few days

I am from Alai and we are on the Pro plan. No requests are getting into the Helicone portal from the last few days. We can see older requests and I am certain we are using the Helicone proxy in production.
Everything was working until a week ago and then we launched on Monday so probably got a fair bit of traffic and since then our Helicone traffic seems to have flatlined at 0
Hey ! Sorry for the delay here. We’ll be able to get hands on deck tomorrow morning. We are a little swamped this weekend with other commitments and haven’t been able to really sit down and dig into this issue.
