Doesn't work in edge environments (e.g. Cloudflare, Vercel, etc.)

The Async Integration, which is the only supported way of logging Mistral, Gemini, Cohere, AWS Bedrock, and a few other models, relies on OpenTelemetry, which doesn't seem to support edge environments
