Account was disabled due to "excess usage"

A community member is unable to access their dashboard and has an error. They have set up a meeting with Helicone about an Enterprise plan, but cannot access any data tracked when they paid for the product. Another community member has offered to help, asking the original poster to DM them so they can resolve the issue.

Hi all,

I haven't logged into our dashboard in a while, and when I visited it today I saw this error (see attached screenshot).

I already setup a time to chat with someone from Helicone about an Enterprise plan, but its really bad that I can't access a single thing in our dashboard right now, not even data that was tracked when we paid for the product.

hey , happy to help out here - I added myself to the meeting later today, but in the mean time - can you DM me so i can get this resolved?
