Account was disabled due to "excess usage"

Hi all,

I haven't logged into our dashboard in a while, and when I visited it today I saw this error (see attached screenshot).

I already setup a time to chat with someone from Helicone about an Enterprise plan, but its really bad that I can't access a single thing in our dashboard right now, not even data that was tracked when we paid for the product.

hey , happy to help out here - I added myself to the meeting later today, but in the mean time - can you DM me so i can get this resolved?
