A community member signed up for the pro tier and is having trouble accessing the prompts feature on the web dashboard. They reached out to @Cole for help. Another community member suggested that prompts are an addon and the user should check their billing settings to upgrade. The original poster confirmed they have prompts enabled but are still unable to access the prompts page, and asked if they need to cancel their free pro trial and move to a paid plan. Hey @Cole, just signed up to try the pro tier -- I'm looking to create prompts from the web dashboard, but this window appears when I try to do so as if my account wasn't pro. Any idea what's going on here? Thanks for your help
Hey @Cole I do have prompts enabled, and am still unable to access the prompts page. Any ideas? Do I have to cancel my free Pro trial and move to a properly paid plan? (if so i recommend updating this text I circled)
