Hello - I have been unable to retrieve any requests for the past 2 hours. I see the requests on the dashboard, but when I go to the requests page, no matter what range I choose, I get no requests. Looking at Chrome Dev Tools, I see that the API request to Helicone is returning 500 errors. Please advise.
Hello - I would also like to chime in and say I'm getting this same error. Code was implemented properly and requests were made, but the dashboard is not showing any requests. 🤔
So sorry about the 500s. We're still looking into it - my best guess and what we're seeing in a few other places is that our queries are timing out with some of the difficult aggregations. We're in the process of migrating to clickhouse to better handle these queries.
If the error isn't the 500s, I would make sure that you're filtering by the correct time window - the default load is for the last 24hrs (I've made this mistake several times)
