Hi,
I am trying to make API call to deployed azure open AI I followed all the documentation but it is giving

openai.error.APIError: HTTP code 500 from API (No provider auth hash)

I even tried changing the engine to deployment name it was throwing the same error. I am using python to make the API call and all parameters are in environment variable. I can't find any fix online. If you could help me out it would be great
