Issue with billing

I had upgraded my helicone account to the pro plan on 30 Aug (post 14 days free trial, we were charged 80$ on 12th Sept).
But somehow it is downgraded to the free plan. Can you please look into and get back?
Also, I see the price of the pro plan is reduced to 25$ p.m., will it automatically reflect in our next billing cycle?

Yes it will be reflected! We prorated all customers to the new pricing plan. Can you DM me your email so I can take a look?

Follow up question on this:
  1. Since we paid 80$ 12th Sept, we will not be charged any amount in the next 2 months. And will be charged the 20$ in the 3rd month.
  2. From 4th month onwards we will be charged 25$ p.m.
Is thisn understanding correct?
Yes that is correct! Everything is prorated
