Got a error with gpt-4o on the Playground. (https://www.helicone.ai/playground?request=7ec29065-9701-4dcd-9d05-cfd49d66a96c). Also, slight UI issue but the models get duplicated when you select them

Actually I think it's with any model (not gpt-4o specific)
