Difference between the two columns

I don't know if I am missing something. But there seems to be something odd then in our dashboard

hey @Dav_Djok ! sorry for the delay - after digging into this more, we actually count the specific days that this user sent a request.

so my interpretation was wrong, it is not just the first active - last active delta.
