Clicking on value in "Properties" page doesn't filter requests

In the breakdown by property on the properties page, clicking the link for a value takes you to the "Requests" page but the filters aren't setup correctly.

Expanding filters on that page shows that no filters are applied.

Looks like a double encoding issue?
