any API optimizations on the radar

At a glance

The community members are discussing ways to optimize the API and improve the user experience. Suggestions include caching, pagination, lazy loading, adding multiple filters, providing a more granular time frame, and offering a way to batch export and purge old records. While some features like multiple filters and granular time frames are already supported, the community members note that the load times are still slow and there is room for further optimization on the API side.

any API optimizations on the radar? finding it really hard to find requests and use filters with so many requests on my account. a few ways to handle it ->

i think the bigger and better approach is to of course do optimizations on the API side itself - caching, pagination, lazy loading etc.
other smaller ways might be more UX - like letting you pick multiple filters, a more granular time frame, then hitting apply to use all those filters at once
another way might be to offer a way to batch zip / export past records and purge them. e.g. i can archive old records somewhere and keep the account light
Yes thanks for starting the conversation there’s lots to do here!
Multiple filters and granular time frames (to the minute) are supported, is something missing there?
The load times are still pretty slow though yeah
