Users page pagination/row count selection doesn't work

Bump, this is still an issue (since 27th of September)

I'm putting a $50 bounty on this. Both me and co-founder running into this 2-3 times a day for the last two months, and it takes us significantly longer to get data we need.

It keeps spamming request_users and count in the network tab, with as payload 0 offset. Which isn't correct because I'm trying to go to page two.
